4. Quote Requests & Sampling

Quotes provided through our contact forms or direct communication are non-binding until confirmed. Sampling requests may involve costs depending on fabric availability, design complexity, and shipping location. Once a sample is approved by the client, no changes shall be entertained without written approval and may affect delivery timelines and pricing.

5. Orders & Payment

Once an order is confirmed, clients will be issued a pro forma invoice. Payments must be made as per the agreed terms, which may vary based on order size, order type (OEM, private label, etc.), and buyer history.

We accept payment via bank transfer, UPI, and approved international methods. Delay in payment may result in production or delivery delays. Prithika Fashion Valley reserves the right to suspend or cancel an order if payment terms are violated.

6. Delivery & Shipping

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of order confirmation and depend on order complexity, approval process, and logistic factors. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, natural disasters, or customs issues are not within our control.

All shipments are made through trusted logistics partners. Risk of loss or damage during transit shall pass to the buyer upon dispatch. Insurance may be arranged upon request.

7. Returns & Disputes

Due to the custom nature of most garments, returns are not accepted unless there is a proven manufacturing defect. Any claims for shortages, defects, or incorrect specifications must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic or physical evidence.

In case of disputes, Prithika Fashion Valley will review the case and, if deemed valid, will either replace the goods or offer a partial refund. Decision by the company shall be final.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, tech packs, and samples shared by clients will remain their intellectual property and will not be shared or reproduced for any other client or purpose.

Any patterns, production methods, or proprietary content developed by Prithika Fashion Valley shall remain the intellectual property of the company unless agreed otherwise.

9. Linked Entities

We operate in collaboration with our partnered concerns massindia.in and mijoosh.com, which represent our sourcing division and in-house kidswear brand respectively. While services and content may be shared between these platforms, each may have its own terms and privacy practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

Prithika Fashion Valley shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or delay/failure in delivering products or services beyond our reasonable control.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.
